TEHRAN – Iran will manufacture and test a new drone aircraft by September 22, the Air Force Commander, Brigadier General Hassan Shahsaffi, announced on Sunday.

The new drone aircraft is 1/7 of the actual size of the stealth drones which have been successfully tested in recent days, Shafsaffi told reporters.
The aircraft that carries out reconnaissance mission can also evade radar and hit its targets, he added.
Also on June 24, the Air Force tested some domestically-made bombs named Qased (messenger) which can pursue and hit the targets in the air without being controlled by the pilot
